Toto Bergamo Rossi, a restorer specialized in the conservation of stone materials, has restored important monuments in Italy and abroad. Since 2010 he has been the Director of Venetian Heritage. He has led numerous restoration projects, exhibitions and publications.
Among other things, Toto is the author of one of my most favorite books on Venice, Inside Venice: A Private View of the City's Most Beautiful Interiors.
For me personally, it is enough to open any page of this lavishly photographed book and feel better about the world these days!
